CLOSED for Thanksgiving 

The Aurora Public Library District will be CLOSED Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th in observance of Thanksgiving. This includes the Aurora and Dillsboro Public Libraries, as well as the Local History Library, which remains closed for renovations. If you would like to renew a book, you may do so on our website by logging in with your patron ID number on the back of your library card and the pin that you have set up with us. You may also renew over the phone or in the library the day before or after the holidays. If you would like to return items, please use the library return drop boxes in front of our library buildings. They will be checked in on the day that we were last opened to the public.
