Lawrenceburg Utility Department Focused on Safety, Training, Teamwork and Reliable Service

Recently the LMU Electric Department continued repair work caused by a temporary electric outage last week near Main Street and Front Street. While this electric pole location was not an easy fix, our experienced and professional crews maintained a safe environment, followed rigorous training requirements and worked together during a difficult and dangerous electric improvement project to ensure reliable electric service is available for LMU customers. “So proud of our guys. They do excellent work and they do it in a safe manner,” shared LMU Utility Director Billy Kinnett.

As always, please use caution while traveling near utility construction workers and/or construction projects in progress. On behalf of our employees, we thank our community for your continued support, patience and focus on roadway safety while Lawrenceburg Municipal Utilities crews work to provide quality utility services.
