City Of Lawrenceburg Hosts Public Hearing For Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program

City of Lawrenceburg will have a Public Hearing October 19th, 2022 to discuss an Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program and intent to apply for an OCRA Community Development Block Grant of $250,000.00.

Homeowners within the City of Lawrenceburg that are interested in applying should plan to attend. Program guidelines and eligibility requirements will be discussed.

WHEN:

October 19th 2022 at 4 PM

WHERE:

Lawrenceburg Council Chambers – Lawrenceburg City Hall

230 Walnut St. Lawrenceburg IN 47025.

OWNER-OCCUPIED REHABILITATION PROGRAM

Grants would be available up to approximately $15,000 per eligible household.

ELIGIBLE REPAIRS:

Roofing
HVAC replacement
Lighting and Electrical upgrades
Water Heater Replacement
ADA Accessibility up to threshold of home.

APPLICATIONS: Applications will be available at the Public Hearing and at the Lawrenceburg Clerk Treasurer’s Office following the Public Hearing. Repairs are offered at NO COST to eligible homeowners. Income Eligibility Guidelines do apply.
