On Saturday, March 15, former Lawrenceburg High School standout Brooklynn Couch’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Price Field at The Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Valpo Softball Complex against Southern Illinois Salukis.
